I have been called paternalistic, but I do believe that WVB is one big family. I strongly feel that I have a moral obligation to all of you and your families. I try very hard to manage the company is such a way that ALL might benefit from being part of this family. Each and every one is crucial to delivering to our clients the best data and products. Whatever your work is, you should realise that it is an important job, and be proud of the work you deliver. Currently times are difficult and it still might get worse, but with solidarity, hard work and confidence we will get through the difficult times."

As the younger brother, I consider it wonderful to be part of the WVB family. Over the last 25 years I have worked in many different countries with many different people but having met most of you, I know that this group operates at a world-class level and that there are no goals that this organization cannot achieve.

Presently I live on a small farm in the state of Michigan, which is part of United States. I am married, have a daughter who is 24 years old and a son who is 20. I am very proud of my family. My hobby is to take care of a small farm which includes dogs, cats, horses, chickens and sheep. My wife and I think that it is a wonderful way of life except when the temperatures reach -15°C in the middle of the winter.

Callie is born and bred in Malaysia, graduated with an Australian Accounting Degree and worked in accounting firms in Malaysia and Singapore before joining WVB Kuala Lumpur. Once upon a time, she did camping in the woods, hiked the tallest mountain in South East Asia, dived in most islands in Malaysia and once in Philippine waters, had the opportunity to ski while studying in Australia and while working in WVB, went skiing in S.Korea. Way back in school, loved playing tennis and did swimming a lot.

An inquisitive person by nature, I have always enjoyed the possibilities and challenges offered by the ever changing stream of technology.  When not trying to solve the relational intricacies between vast pools of data, I spend my time talking to clients to ascertain their challenges and provide timely solutions.   I enjoy the fluid pace of my work and communicating with people around the globe.  Collaboration is truly an art form!

Working at WVB is the most challenging and enterprising work I’ve done.  We have the freedom to think outside of the box to make things work.  Simply, I love coming to work every day!
